We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If there is an issue with your product, please contact us at service@smrtjersey.com. Do not disassemble the product yourself or take it to any unauthorized repair shop. We require you to provide the following information:

30-Day Return
Free refund within 30 days for non-defective items:
1. All associated costs, including but not limited to shipping fees and taxes, shall be borne by the customer.
2. Smrt Jersey Store will process your refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item to confirm it is resellable. Customized personalized items are generally not eligible for refunds.
Warranty for Defective Products
1. If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a refund, exchange it for a new item, or get it repaired free of charge within 30 days after placing your order. All return shipping costs will be covered by the store.
(1) Refund: We will arrange the refund within 10 days after receiving the returned goods.
(2) Exchange: We will arrange shipment of the replacement item within 5 days after receiving your package.
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping fees and taxes for exchanges or repairs.
